Data Deletion

1. Delete it yourself

• Delete individual fields, photos, documents, products, leads or invoices from your dashboard at any time.
• Delete a business profile from its settings (owners only).
• Close your whole account from Account settings.

2. What happens when you close your account

• Your public profiles go offline straight away, and your QR codes show that the profile is no longer available.
• Your account, profiles, vault documents and business data are deleted within 30 days.
• Backups are overwritten within a further 60 days.
• Records we must keep by law, such as subscription invoices, are kept for the legally required period and then deleted.

3. Download first

Before closing your account, download your documents, invoices and customer data from the dashboard. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

4. Ask us to delete

If you can't sign in, use the form below. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner by email before deleting anything, and confirm when it is done.

5. Data about you on someone else's profile

If someone else's profile or business data includes your personal information without your consent, use Report Abuse or the form below and we will review it.
